Job Description

Tulsa Inspection Resources is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with specialized knowledge or a strong interest in Pipeline Integrity, Inspection, and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) sectors. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet our organization's growth and project needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry-specific roles and the ability to engage candidates in these highly specialized fields.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Talent Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans tailored to pipeline integrity, inspection, and NDE roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, industry networks, and recruitment events.

2. Candidate Assessment:

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure technical competency, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and coordinate technical evaluations when necessary.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

4. Process Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

5. Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies in pipeline integrity, inspection, and NDE.
  • Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and workforce planning.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent directly related experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience recruiting for pipeline integrity, inspection, and NDE roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as Pipeline Inspectors, Integrity Engineers, NDE Technicians, and related positions.
  • Strong understanding of NDE methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) and inspection standards.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with technical professionals and industry partners.
  • Work may require travel up to 10-20%.
