Professional:

• 100% Outpatient
• 36 hours of patient contact
• 50 patients/week (Patient panel capped at 900 patients)
• Call: phone call only (weekends, no weeknights) - frequency varies by clinic
• Patients can email you through secured portal- 24- hour turnaround time required

True Concierge:

• Outpatient with some Inpatient responsibilities for your patient panel
• 36 hours of patient contact
• Approximately 50 patients/week (Patient panel capped at 400 patients)
• Call: primarily phone call, you do admit your own patients, if necessary
• Patients can email or call you directly to your personal cellphone with questions.
