Salary: $73,000 - $95,000

JLAN Solutions has an opportunity for anExecutive Assistant supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located in Washington, DC. This position is focused on supporting the Human Resources Office with processing confidential documentation, coordination and management functions such as executive administration, calendar and travel management, event coordination, and database documentation. This position requires the employee to work on-site on a full time basis from Washington, DC.

What you'll be doing:

• Execute C-level support tasks using various data systems and/or software, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access), time entry systems (i.e., CASTLE), Government travel systems (i.e., E2 Solutions), and other document management and data management systems
• Provide logistics support (i.e., meetings, teleconferences, etc.) and phone management to include answering phones and addressing general inquiries
• Manage the coordination of national and international travel and events
• Provide supply management support to include ordering and tracking supply levels, and compiling requests from team for office supplies
• Administer Video Teleconferencing (VTC)/Zoom meetings
• Receive, review, modify, update, track and distribute internal and external correspondence and other actions throughout their lifecycle
• Review electronic travel authorizations and vouchers, request correction ensuring reference of applicable policy, research various materials

What you'll bring to the table:

• 8+ years of experience with office management or office administration
• 3+ years of experience supporting C-level individuals within a federal environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Higher education degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Contracts, Purchasing, Economics or Industrial focus
• The ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
