📍 Pay: $18-$24 per hour + growth opportunities

🕒 Work Schedule: 4x10 – Four days of work, 10 hours per day (3 days off every week!)

We’re looking for a Passionate Automotive Concierge who excels at connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them toward the best vehicle protection plans. Your ability to listen, build trust, and communicate value will help drivers feel confident they’re making the right investment.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage Potential Customers: Make outbound and take inbound calls daily to understand customer needs and offer the right vehicle protection plan for their situation.
• Educate and Simplify: Use your car knowledge to explain warranty coverage in simple, relatable terms, ensuring customers feel informed and empowered.
• Build Relationships: Establish trust with customers by listening actively, addressing concerns, and personalizing the conversation.
• Proactively Follow Up: Reach out to customers who’ve requested quotes or need more information to help them complete their purchase.
• Problem-Solve with Care: Handle objections or questions with confidence and creativity—Fair is built on doing the right thing for drivers.
• Collaborate and Improve: Share feedback with the team to optimize processes and improve our sales experience as we scale.

• Team Player: You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where feedback and teamwork drive success.
