Frichette Winery, a family-owned winery on Red Mountain in Washington, is seeking a Wine Edutainer I to provide exceptional hospitality and drive sales in their tasting room. This role focuses on creating a memorable experience for guests by sharing the winery's story and passion for wine, ultimately leading to increased wine sales. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a proven ability to achieve sales targets, and a genuine enthusiasm for educating and engaging with visitors.Hospitality & Customer ServiceGreet visitors within three seconds as they enter the wineryProvide education on the wines, wine region and share Frichette Story with every guestPour and serve wine by flight, glass, and bottle with perfect wine/bottle serviceMaintain a clean tasting room, restroom, kitchen, bar area, patioWash and polish stemware Prepare and serve cheese platesOrganize and re-stock bar areaMust be able to work in a team environmentSalesMeet sales goalMeet wine club sign-up goalsSkills and AbilitiesDemonstrated sales skills and experienceAbility to hold engaging conversations in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of wine and wine serviceAbility to provide customers with a stellar and unforgettable wine experienceMust be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and occasional events, normal hours are Noon - 6:00 PMMust be able to lift 45 lbsMust be at least 21 years oldMust have MAST card and Food Handlers CardMust have a professional appearance and attitudeThis is a seasonal part-time position with approximately 15 hours per week starting at $18 per hour + pooled tips. This position has potential for advancement within the company.
