About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Recruiter for its investment banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of positions, from early career to executive management, with a focus on supporting the firm's national growth plan. This role involves close collaboration with the firm's leadership to execute recruitment strategies, including the development of search strategies and the management of the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of recruiting experience within the investment banking sector, particularly in the M&A sell-side middle market segment. A mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience is preferred, along with a proven track record of success in a recruitment organization. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Recruiter include maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates, building and managing relationships with senior leadership, and ensuring a diverse candidate pool is presented. The role requires a team player with a strong sense of urgency, creative sourcing techniques, and superior communication skills. The candidate should have a general understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking databases and Microsoft Office products. The position demands a professional with strong business acumen, the ability to manage competing demands, and a flexible nature to meet the dynamic work environment.
