In-home tutor for children with autism/special needs.

$18 to $20/Hour (approx. $40.160 a year for Full-Time position)

2 Weeks Paid Vacation Time!

Full-Time and Part-TIme - Positions open in ORLANDO / HUNTER CREEK / KISSIMMEE / CLERMONT / WINTER GARDEN/ METROWEST Area

At Pathway, we are looking for creative and passionate teachers who are looking to impact and change the lives of students with autism and special needs. As a teacher, you will provide one-on-one classes to students of various ages and skill levels in the homes of families or at a single location (Orlando -Conway).

**Please be aware that this job requires driving from home to home, and reliable transportation is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Provide one-on-one classes to students of various ages and skill levels

⁠ ⁠Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans

⁠ ⁠Utilize learning technology and educational resources in the classroom

⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively to provide progress updates and address any concerns

⁠ ⁠Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities

⁠ ⁠Support students in developing foundational skills

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠-Valid Florida Drivers Licence

⁠ ⁠-Reliable Transportation

- Teaching/tutoring experience

- Lesson Planning experience

- Must be native fluency in English (Any experience in Spanish or Portuguese is also a huge plus)

Note: RBT or Special Education experience is a plus but not required

- Preferred: Experience with children with autism/special needs

**Must pass a background check and screening/drug Test prior to onboarding
