Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Technical Recruiter to work for our client in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global e-commerce company.

Pay: $38-$41/hour based on experience

Job Type: W2 Contract (6 Months)

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9a-5p

Location: Seattle, WA

We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the University Talent Acquisition (UTA) team

In this role, you will:

• Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs
• Attract source, assess, and hire students for niche roles
• Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Manager end-to-end process administration i.e. from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement as well as hiring updates to key stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
