Job DescriptionPurpose: Lingraphica is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that modernize and optimize our internal business systems. This role will be responsible for driving successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, medical billing (RCM), BI/reporting, and system integrations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with stakeholders across departments—Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing—to align technology with business needs. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, improving data consistency and interoperability, and ensuring systems scale with the company’s growth.

The Technical Program Manager works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. The ability to operate a computer with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
Travel
Travel is required for the annual company meeting and for team projects/off-sites to Princeton, NJ and within the continental United States, approximately 2-4 times per year.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary for this position is $118,900 - 122,000 per year. We regularly review our compensation structures to ensure they align with industry standards, promote fairness, and support career growth.
