• $41,000 - $61,000 annually\n

\n \n\n Position Summary \nResponsible to ensure that all surgical instruments, and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed, and tracked in a timely and high-quality manner for the corresponding department. Work independently with minimal supervision and serve as a resource to the Operating Room and Ancillary customers.\n\n Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following: \n\n\n\t

• Understands and adheres to the WPH and CSPD Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.\n\t
• Demonstrates/articulates an understanding of the responsibilities of the position.\n\t
• Attends staff meeting or equivalent to update knowledge related to current department/hospital issues.\n\t
• Complete annual department/hospital competency requirements through Net-Learning.\n\t
• Adhere to all WPHC policies and procedures, including dress code, code of conduct, customer service, attendance, and submission of annual physical.\n\t
• Identifies and uses appropriate methods and solutions to sort, disassemble, decontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize instruments.\n\t
