Compensation Limited Term End Date 7-31-2025 Position Summary Serves as the first contact for the department. Duties & Responsibilities Tracks and completes communication-related tasks under the guidance of the Student Communications Coordinator and Manager Sends messages and helps collect relevant information/data for each message (link tracking, creation and organization) May create or collaborate on student communications strategy tracking and assists in data collection for ease in evaluating communication strategies and campaigns to determine their effectiveness Creates content across many channels that adhere to CNM communication standards Handle outreach to external teams to collect data on success/attendance for events or programs. Assists with the identification of appropriate audiences for messages and list segmentation and message timing Reports and/or collaborates on reports of annual and monthly messaging Provides back-up coverage for other office staff. Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Minimum Qualifcations: High School Diploma or GED. Must be successfully enrolled in a degree program.
