Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 3:30PM- Midnight (must be able to work mandatory overtime)

Pay: $21/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers and clamp trucks, to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes.
• Perform heavy lifting and materials handling as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient workflow.
• Utilize pallet jacks for moving products when necessary.
• Participate in regular safety training sessions and maintain certifications as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with materials handling procedures and equipment operation.
• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred; OSHA training is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the operational needs of the warehouse.
