We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support internal talent movement and assist with external talent sourcing efforts. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a dynamic talent pool using a CRM, as well as facilitating employee transitions within the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator will help ensure that we can identify and engage top talent—both internally and externally—while supporting broader HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Mapping Work with the HR Director to maintain an up-to-date understanding of employee skillsets to support meeting customers’ critical needs
  • Internal Job Postings Coordinate the posting of internal job opportunities, ensuring current employees are aware, work with the HR Director to identify potential retention strategies in support of the Stellar Dream Job mission
  • Talent Pool Development Support Recruiting team by leveraging CRM tools and engaging external candidates, creating a robust talent pipeline
  • CRM Management Maintain and update candidate profiles in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and a strong database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers Cultivate relationships with internal hiring managers, respond at the ‘speed of need’ when reviewing talent profiles or resumes
  • Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve the internal mobility process and external sourcing strategy to streamline operations and enhance overall effectiveness
  • Recruitment Support Assist with general recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, candidate communications, and document management

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or talent acquisition; prior experience with internal mobility programs or CRM-based recruitment is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with integrated, web-based systems (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, ADP, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both internal employees and external talent
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software

Additional Information

  • This role may involve occasional travel
  • This role is hybrid, meaning there is a requirement to be in the office 2x per week

The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $75,000 - $90,000 per year plus a significant, company funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus and a full benefits package. (all included as part of package).
