Your Impact

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling onboarding, and assisting with sourcing efforts. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail as it involves close collaboration with both candidates and hiring managers.

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics related to interviews and candidate onboarding are handled smoothly, contributing to a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the role may involve sourcing candidates, so prior recruiting experience is preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistical details are confirmed (e.g., time, format, location, virtual setup).
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
  • Oversee the scheduling and logistics of the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on interview stages and next steps.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and clear expectations.
  • Ensure hiring managers are informed of all relevant candidate details ahead of interviews.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing by identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms as needed
  • Maintain candidate tracking systems and update records on interview schedules and onboarding progress.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or administrative support role, with preference given to those with experience in a recruiting environment.
  • Prior experience in scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment platforms is desirable but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to convey clear information and manage expectations for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive and welcoming experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle changes in scheduling or logistics with minimal disruption.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and finding solutions to ensure smooth processes.
