We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for an International School based in in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024. The group has more than 20 campuses across China with Elementary, Middle and High School departments. Job details As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as: Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversContribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs Requirements Bachelor’s degree or aboveMore than two years’ teaching experienceTeaching certificateExperience in IB curriculum strongly preferredExcellent English communicative skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 22,000 to 32,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 8,000 RMBPublic holidaysFully paid Summer and Winter holidaysNational public holidaysFlight allowanceMedical insuranceFree school placement for dependent childrenWork and residence permit sponsorship
