Job Opportunity: Physician Recruiter
Location: Northridge, CA
Hourly Rate: $28 - $33 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Recruiter to join our team in Northridge, CA. As a Physician Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier medical professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for physician positions across various specialties.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential physician candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical recruiting or healthcare recruitment.
Strong knowledge of physician recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus.
Competitive hourly rate of $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience.
