LaSalle Network has teamed up with a family owned, growing Physician’s office in the Chicagoland area.  We are looking for their first Physician Recruiter to join the team. This role will be remote but is looking for a candidate located in the Chicago land area and will require travel to source top medical staff, specifically Ophthalmologist to join the team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our team. This role will be a contract to start but could have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified physicians to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, relationship-building, and industry trends will help ensure that we attract and retain top medical talent to deliver exceptional patient care.

Physician Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified physicians
• Use boots on the ground/grassroots sourcing methods in addition to utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and other sourcing methods to identify candidates
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and medical leadership teams
• Partner with department heads, hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to key stakeholders

Physician Recruiter Requirements:

• Proven experience in Physician Recruiting, Ophthalmologists is a plus!
• Familiarity with credentialing and licensing requirements for physicians
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or recruitment events, as needed
