Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 33 per hourWe are looking for a part-time Email Marketing Specialist to drive best-in-class digital marketing execution for one of our top retail clients in the San Francisco bay area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. This role involves executing and delivering ROI on media spend and working closely with cross-functional team members and other partners. The ideal candidate will be a team player looking to build the brand for long term awareness and loyalty, drive strong performance and has a data driven mindset.Responsibilities:Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including campaign builds, automation flows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and sales.Maintain and update site content in Shopify, ensuring product pages, promotions, and landing pages align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data insights.Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop compelling email content and on-site messaging that resonates with the target audience.Work with merchants, pricing and promotions teams, business analysts, and engineers to ensure email and site marketing efforts align with overall business goals.Identify opportunities to improve email personalization, segmentation, and automation to enhance customer experience and retention.Ensure seamless integration between email marketing, site content, and promotions to create a cohesive digital experience.Stay up to date on email marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.Qualifications:Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing preferred, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.Familiarity with Shopify for site content management and updates Strong analytical skills to interpret email and site performance data Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, merchandising, and experience partnering with agencies and vendors.Detail-oriented with strong project management skills 'Test and learn' mentality.Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with agencies, vendors, and internal teams Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience.Skills:Email marketingJOBID: 1082987#LI-CELLA#LI-MM2#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
