Join Our Team! Office Administrator Needed
Are you seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a small plastic molding company? Look no further! We're searching for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. Our company thrives on teamwork, and we're looking for someone who can seamlessly fit into our close-knit group. We are looking for support 5 days per week and approximately 4 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Complete daily production quality inspections to support production
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Handle purchasing tasks, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary supplies and materials.
Utilize exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate basic accounting skills to assist with tasks such as invoicing and reconciliations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for various administrative tasks.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, though not required.
Prepares shipping and receiving paperwork.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office administration or similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be great but not required
