Position Title: Mold Injection Production - 2nd Shift

Wage: $16.60 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:30pm-11:30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Mold Injection Production position available at a company in Canton, MO. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. 

Mold Injection Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Set up and label parts and gaylords.

- Insert and count parts into boxes to be shipped out.

- Read and understand blueprints.

- Use mathematical skills.

- Be able to open press when in a non-automatic mode and remove the part with hands/fingers and re-close door.

- Inspect work pieces to ensure the condition is acceptable.

- Weigh and measure accepted parts for continuous production.

- Must keep work area neat and orderly.

Mold Injection Production Requirements:

- Ability to rotate job and keep pace every two in continuous motion.

- Ability to read tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.

- Ability and knowledge to operate machines and small electric tools.

- Be able to perform repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce and extrude or injection molded backboard and prepare it for pack out.

- Ability to remove parts molded by a machine, check the quality or the part, remove the flash from the parts and pack or stack the part for shipping or stock.
