Job Details
Seeking a highly-motivated Legal Secretary and/or Paralegal to join our dynamic office!
Responsibilities:
E-filing; Litigation calendaring
State Court – Superior Court websites for reserving hearing dates, docket review, obtain case documents
Pleadings, motions, briefs – preparing shells for attorneys to complete draft and then finalize for filing
Great with Word and PDF edits
Bates stamping of documents
Experience with trial prep including exhibit, witness lists and trial notebooks is preferred but not required
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Paralegal Certificate and Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
