This bank is looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare Biotechnology team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of investment banking experience Biotech market domain knowledge required Public equity capital markets and M&A transaction experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop internal and external relationships Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, marital status, status as a protected veteran, or status with regard to public assistance.
