Job Description

MP Studio is a small boutique interior design firm, and we are looking for an experienced interior designer, preferably in the focus of single family / model merchandising. (Experience in multifamily design a plus)

Responsibilities

• Create digital presentations based on design direction /demographics of the community
• Work closely with builders to pull finishes
• Write specification documents for builders
• Draft drawing set from scratch with specifications, labeled plans, elevations, etc.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Handle all procurement and vendor coordination for each model
• Must be organized and able to follow a budget
• Travel (if needed) for all installations of models, sometimes up to 3 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design
• 2 - 3 years of experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite a plus
• Strong creative and communication skills
