QUALIFICATIONS

Do you possess empathy for the customer and commanding leadership of field technicians? Can you communicate and coordinate in a crisp and clear fashion? If you answered "yes" to these questions and meet the following requirements, we need you as our Full-Time HVAC Dispatcher - Receptionist!

• Previous experience in a dispatching or scheduling role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
• This position is located in Arcata, CA. Must reside or be willing to relocate to be considered for the position. Remote work is negotiable for the right candidate.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a full-time HVAC Dispatcher - Receptionist, you'll work on an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule with a 1-hour lunch break . Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently schedule and dispatch our skilled technicians to customer sites. You'll juggle commitment dates, negotiate new dates, and communicate effectively with the team, clients, and others. Additionally, you'll debrief each call, update software systems, and provide reports to the sales manager.
