HR Associate

3+ Months

Hourly : $20/hr

Must-Have Qualifications:

*1+ years recruiting or HR experience from a high volume setting

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

*Experience using Indeed and Factory Fix for recruitment

*Experience with recruiting hourly entry-level candidates

Responsibilities:

Recruiting and screening candidates for hourly entry-level and skilled positions.

• Conducting background checks and drug testing.
• Data entry for mass hires of 20+ candidates.
• Assisting with backend processes and scheduling.
• Support the Senior Generalist and Training Coordinator in all recruitment activities.
• Utilize Indeed, Factory Fix, and internal recruitment tools.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of candidate information.
• Conduct phone screens and on-site interviews as part of the recruitment process.
• Maintain a friendly and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
• Collaborate with a small team to achieve recruitment goals.
