Valhalla Tactical is a rapidly-growing firearms/accessories manufacturer, seeking a part-time, motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador to help propel our products to the top-of-mind in every category where we compete. You must be passionate about our brand and must effectively communicate our story to the customer.

This role is crucial in building brand awareness and loyalty, increasing sales and creating a positive image for our company. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity and networking skills to create a strong brand presence across various channels, including social media, trade events, community outreach, and more.

• Represent the company in various settings, including trade shows, product launches & community events.
• Support our marketing via on-camera presentation, as well as online presence and engagement with our customer base as an influencer.
• Assist with business development of new accounts/dealers.
• Relationship-building with influencers, trade associates, etc.
• Social Media Content Creation (posts, podcasts, engagement).
• Perform on-camera product demonstrations and other training.
• Assist with media production, including editing, acquisition, etc.
• Track and report on brand awareness and customer engagement metrics.
• Basically... become Clint Morgan of Valhalla Tactical.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong 2A supporter.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of firearms and firearm industry in general.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, customers, and industry professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Presentable, not camera-shy, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Minimum High School Diploma/GED in conjunction with prior work experience.
• Ability to travel to trade show / marketing events
• Detail oriented. Demonstrate by telling us your favorite ice-cream flavor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent or current military service or law-enforcement background
• Experience in firearm industry marketing
• Firearms instructor or advanced degrees
• 60 or higher WPM typing speed
• US Passport holder - for international travel

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation (will provide training)
  • Plan, script, film, model, edit, and publish company promotional videos
  • Create professional photographs for social media or product literature
  • Organize and attend photo shoots
• Social Media Management
  • Schedule, post, monitor, and moderate all in-house social-media related contents
  • Maximize end-user engagement via contests and comments
• Influencer Engagement
  • Research and identify suitable influencers
  • Outreach and management of influenders
  • Supply samples and follow-up with influencers for thrid-party content
• Sales Support
  • Response to social media DM/PMs
  • Response to e-mail customer-service inquires
• Product research and development
  • Identify market needs and assess
  • Review competition's products
  • Assist in prototype review and evaluation, including live-fire assessments
• Other duties as assigned

Pay rate is negotiable and is task and efficiency based. We also offer merchandise credit in-lieu of regular W2 pay:

1. We have access to all major firearms / accessories manufacturer items at dealer cost
2. You pay no income tax (depends on your tax bracket your new toys could be another 30% off after dealer discount)
3. You no longer need your significant other's approval to further your hobby.
4. You get daily conjugal visit for any suppressors/SBRs still in jail (although Form-4 approval is only taking days right now)
5. This is unrelated to pay but you also get to play with all company Class-3 firearms at official events - we have full auto MPX and SPEAR among many other fun-switch which you will never find at a range.
