Job Details Job Location Headquarters - Elk Grove Village, IL Salary Range $24.04 - $26.92 Hourly Description Established for over 50 years, Yamazen Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, including machine tools and injection molding machines. We service manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and I.T. industries. Yamazen has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician- Entry Level to join our team. The position is located in our U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. The person hired will be responsible for providing internal users with IT technical support via telephone, in person, or via email utilizing a ticketing system. Our work technology requirements include Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Office, Office 365, Salesforce, iPhone and iPad. Other responsibilities include: IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems Basic technical support at the network level Setup a user account, PC and IT devices. Purchasing and tracking IT assets Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Qualifications Qualifications: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues on Microsoft 365, Windows, PC, iPhone, IT devices and business applications. Strong communication, customer orientation and problem-solving skills Salesforce experience is strongly preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Support experience on Dynamics BC, Infor CSI/Styline, or any ERP system is a plus Compensation and Benefits: Range: $24.04-$26.92 In return for quality results, Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary and semi-annual bonus opportunities.
