Description

These are 2nd/3rd shift with weekend work required and 2 days off during the week. Typical shifts are 2p-10:30p and 10p-6:30a / within a couple of hours of that based on need.

The candidates will be responsible for supporting all the systems that are located in the travel centers, POS, credit card switch software, fuel systems, etc. It will be supporting the store managers and employees in the field at the travel center locations. Candidate needs to have at least 1 year of experience with technical phone support and have at least 1 year of experience supporting a Windows environment, any networking experience is a plus. This will be 100% phone support. Pilot will provide training on all their internal proprietary systems that are in the travel centers. All candidates need to have a good attitude, strong work ethic, good communication skills, great customer service skills, and strong sense of urgency. The desk has a high call volume so there is not a lot of down time and people with a high energy level tend to work well in their environment.

My client is looking for 8 helpdesk technicians to join their team for a 6 month contract. Candidates with previous helpdesk experience, preferably from a call center or from an associate\'s degree/certifications would do well.
