Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provide exceptional patient experiences through counseling and guidance.
• Conduct hearing evaluations, tests, and exams, and recommend the best hearing solutions for patients.
• Fit hearing aids and complete related documentation, including Workers Compensation applications, DVA Reports, and Medical Reports.
• Educate patients on their hearing loss and recommend solutions to improve their quality of life.
• Network and generate leads through community outreach.
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, encouraging repeat and referral business.
