Key Skills:

• Creativity and Visual Storytelling: Social media requires engaging, visually compelling designs that communicate a story quickly. Graphic designers should use visuals to align with the brand's tone and capture the audience's attention.
• Understanding of Social Media Platforms and Trends: Each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) has its own content requirements, style, and user behavior. Designers must be familiar with image sizes, current trends, and best practices for creating optimized content across different platforms.
• Proficiency in Design Tools and Software: Strong command of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Familiarity with animation or video-editing tools is essential for creating dynamic content like GIFs, stories, and short videos for social media.

Experience Level: 3-5 years

The role requires experience with graphic design software to produce art and visual materials, creating cohesive multimedia marketing content. Candidates should have 3 years of experience in design or a related field, with knowledge of standard practices and procedures. The position requires creativity and independent judgment under general supervision.
