Role Overview: The Global Technology Consulting Head will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of technology consulting services across all domains. This role is pivotal in leading the practice globally, shaping client engagements, building high-performing teams, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the global strategy for the Technology Consulting practice.
• Align the practice’s goals with the broader vision and objectives.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in technology to drive innovation.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
• Lead high-impact client engagements, providing strategic direction and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions addressing their technology challenges.

Practice Development:

• Build and scale a high-performing team of consultants and domain experts.
• Develop frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for technology consulting.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the practice.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position the practice in the market.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance visibility.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage key performance metrics for the practice.
• Optimize resource allocation and operational processes for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in technology consulting.
• Proven track record of leading global teams and managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Deep expertise in technology domains, including cloud computing, data canters and emerging technologies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm is highly desirable.
