Job Description

Role Overview Sodexo is hiring for a General Manager 4 - Food for Morton Hospital, located in Taunton, MA. The GM will lead and support a team of three managers and a frontline unionized staff of around 30 people. Morton Hospital is a small community hospital with around 120 acute care beds, and is part of Brown University Health. What You'll Do Have oversight of all day-to-day operations for all food operations. Effectively lead the team through all Sodexo managers and hospital frontline staff. Ensure delivery of high quality food services including cafeteria retail, patient meals, and any catering needs that may arise. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals and ensure HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards compliance.
