Job Description

Role Overview Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people’s quality of life and make a positive impact. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated General Manager 4 - Food to lead the charge overseeing 2 Cafes in a secure government location in McLean, VA . This position will supervise 20+ union team members. The cafes include traditional retail offers and National Brands (Subway, Starbucks, and Dunkin), and Catering Services. The manager will supervise a management team of 1 Executive Chef, union team members and 4 Supervisors. Must be a US Citizen, and be able to pass a comprehensive Federal Special Background Investigation. What You'll Do Have oversight of day-to-day operations; Deliver high quality food service; Achieve company and client financial targets and goals; Develop and maintain client and customer relationships; Develop strategic plans; and/or Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
