Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Online Platform (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Wayfair, Walmart etc.) (Order Management, Shipping Arrangement, Product Monitoring)
Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms
Ensure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist Customers (dealing with emails, customer phone calls, etc.)
Be responsible at individual actions.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

Related experience in 3-5 years preferred
Working Experience with Online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) using EDI program (Strongly Preferred)
Related experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-Commerce channels; including: Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
