Your Role in Customer Success:
Build Strong Relationships: Act as a dedicated point of contact for managed accounts, becoming an extension of their design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
Manage Deals and Opportunities: Maintain timely and accurate deal management within our CRM system.
Drive Efficient Quoting: Perform our established RFQ process to ensure fast turnaround times, collaborating with technical resources.
Facilitate Customer Visits: Coordinate onsite customer visits, including QBR presentations and introductions to new products.
Ensure Order Visibility: Follow a consistent order entry and monitoring process, providing customers with clear visibility into their orders.
Collaborate and Share Knowledge: Contribute to our cross-platform knowledge base and foster inter-division collaboration for a seamless customer experience.
Focus on Continuous Improvement: Aim to eliminate RMA issuance through proactive customer engagement, preliminary disposition, and prompt corrective actions.
Track and Report: Coordinate reporting for bookings and revenue by account and product code.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Bookings to Budget for managed accounts.
Forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
Quote turnaround and conversion rate.
Development of top customer report cards.
Tracking of cross-platform orders.
Reduction of RMA issuance.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent or 2 years of experience in a similar role; related certifications or specialized training a strong plus.
Proficient account and sales order management skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Self-directed and proactive approach to job functions.
Strong work prioritization skills in a changing environment.
Excellent collaboration mindset.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), CRM, and basic ERP navigation.
Business professional demeanor.
