Your Role:
As a Customer Service and Sales Support Advisor, you will:

Build relationships with clients to understand their financial planning needs.
Offer personalized life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, whole life, term life, accidental, and critical illness coverage.
Schedule and conduct virtual client consultations.
Prepare and present insurance quotes with the support of mentors and carriers.
Assist clients with applications and follow them through to approval.
Stay connected with mentors and teammates through regular calls and meetings.
