Base pay range $75.00/hr - $95.00/hr Manager, Talent Solutions at Lawyers on Demand (a Consilio Company) Our client, a large firm with offices across the US, is seeking a litigation attorney in Seattle to act as local counsel on matters in Washington state. In this role, you will be attending hearings, communicating with outside counsel, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and briefs, and propounding and answering discovery. Matters will vary, including evictions and landlord/tenant law, insurance defense, cannabis, and other general commercial litigation. Location: Seattle, Washington. The attorney can work from home if preferred, but should be available to attend hearings, meetings, and depositions in person as needed.
