Job Description:
Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking a Chemical Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment involved in chemical processes, ensuring the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to produce composite materials.
• Follow detailed instructions for chemical formulations and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain production quality, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Ensure the safe handling and disposal of chemicals and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Document production data and make adjustments as necessary to meet product requirements.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
• Work with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
