BVA Nudge Consulting is a global consultancy that combines Behavioral Science and Sectorial Expertise to drive successful behavior change, build enduring capabilities and deliver measurable results. We were launched in 2013 and now have consultants across our offices in Paris, London, New York, Singapore and Santiago, Chile.

BVA Nudge Consulting partners with both public and private sector organizations (including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Reckitt, UBS, the United Nations, and Save the Children) to help them learn, apply and instill Behavioral Science. Recent projects have included: 

• Training nurse educators in a call center on Behavioral Science techniques to better engage patients, leading to an improvement in patient satisfaction and higher conversion rates
• Creating an entirely new, Behavioral Science-based user journey map for a tech company
• Designing an app for healthcare providers to help reduce Black maternal mortality disparities
• Applying Behavioral Science to increase diversity/inclusion and train financial advisors to promote female financial participation at a bank 
• Developing a Behavioral Science learning/coaching platform for global organizations

About the Position…

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Science Consultant to join our team in North America. 

The role will involve all aspects of client servicing and project management, as you will:

• Review briefs and execute deck research
• Attend and participate in client calls/meetings 
• Execute and analyze different forms of quantitative and qualitative research
• Facilitate workshops with clients
• Create and present client deliverables (reports, recommendations, presentations, etc.)

In addition, as time allows, you will work with us to secure new clients and projects, by helping develop articles/posts, and attending and co-presenting at conferences/webinars.

We are looking for a candidate in the NYC metro area who can work in-person in Manhattan around once per month, with the rest of the time remote. 

The salary will be in the $60-100k USD range per year, plus full health benefits, retirement match, home office set-up allowance, annual learning stipend, etc.

This role will begin in mid-March 2025.

The Skills & Experience that We’re Looking For…

Demonstrated interest and experience in Behavioral Science:

• A clear understanding of Behavioral Science principles and their real-world application
• Demonstrated experience in applying Behavioral Science to solve real-world challenges in a business context
• Ideally a Masters’ degree in relevant field (Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Marketing/Communications, or similar)
• Quantitative data analysis skills a strong plus

3-5 years of full-time work experience in a relevant role, with experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare ( key priority )
• Insurance/Financial Services/Retail Banking
• Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG/QSR)
• Consulting/Professional Services

• Strong writing skills (articles/papers, blog posts and/or social media, new business proposals)
• Strong PowerPoint design skills
• Strong client-facing skills – articulate, active listener, shows empathy, etc.
• Strong project management skills – committed, organized, detailed, etc.
• Strong self-starter skills – autonomous, motivated, positive, etc.
• Hubspot skills are a plus
• Flexibility, a collaborative attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must
