Treat identified hearing loss and auditory processing disorders through amplification and/or therapy. Minimum of two years previous Audiologist experience preferred.
\nCurrent Washington State Audiologist license required.
\nDoctoral Au.D degree required.
\nFamiliarity with fitting software preferred.
\nDemonstrated leadership skills, to include assessments, problem solving and efficient decision making.
\nDemonstrates effective interpersonal skills with a diverse population to include patients, medical staff, and front office staff.
\nParticipation in professional organizations and demonstration of continuing interest in education and professional growth.

\nEssential Responsibilities and Competencies:
\nProvides hearing assessments,
\nConduct hearing aid selection, fitting and maintenance.
\nProvide hearing rehabilitation, education and counseling.
\nUses audiometers, computers, and other testing devices to evaluate and diagnose hearing disorders.
\nFits and dispenses hearing aids.
\nProvides counseling for adjusting to hearing loss and training on the use of hearing instruments.
