The Law Office of Tony Swartz seeks a motivated Associate Criminal Defense Attorney to join the practice. With offices in Yakima and Ellensburg, Tony specializes in DUI and misdemeanor defense. His client reviews demonstrate top-tier representation with a personalized, client-focused approach that includes excellent communication and case management. This new role offers the right attorney an opportunity to manage a variety of cases in both Kittitas and Yakima Counties, to include but not limited to traffic tickets and non-DUI misdemeanors. The attorney will also collaborate with Tony on DUI cases as needed.
Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills to allow them to manage cases without a lot of assistance. Past criminal trial practice experience is preferred, but Tony is willing to train the right person without prior experience.
Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000-$120,000 (based on experience), potential performance or signing bonuses, Compass Direct health membership (unlimited family medicine visits allowed in Ellensburg), bar dues reimbursement, and an annual fully paid travel CLE to somewhere fun. Most office work is based in Ellensburg, but court appearances will cover both Ellensburg and Yakima as needed so driving will be involved.
